Character Descriptions
Martin/Tina (Gianluca Zonzini)

A partier with a provocative style, Tina likes to be seen, depending on who you are. All others they don’t like nor want the attention of.
Review
Characters
- Tina isn’t necessarily a lead you want more of, even though you could imagine them going on various wild adventures.
World-Building & Culture
- While we’re introduced to this an out of this world, potential monster, being that this is a short, we don’t get much background on it to build a sense of culture.
Story & Pacing
- The story is not necessarily remarkable, for while it is clear Tina is heading to a special party without their friends and they are on drugs, it doesn’t drive interest
Diverse Hooks & (Re)Watch Value
- While likable, “Luz Diabla” is a one-time-only type of watch
Overall
Our Rating: Mixed (Divisive)

“Luz Diabla” may have an animation style which draws you in but it misses the mark on more than one occasion and it doesn’t help that its lead in Tina neither gives you a reason to take note of what the short could offer, or interest in their future adventures.
