  1. These reviews would be so good if the author didn’t feel the need to start so many sentences with the word ‘For’. Ruins the entire reading experience of an otherwise average article/ review.

  2. Which, considering Sam decided to reveal Eugenia got duped in a way, may have been the best thing to happen to Marty in a while. <<

When Marty was discussing the scheme, he said something like “We’re OK as long as no one dies within a month of giving us the money.”

    1. But do you think he meant death in a way which could make it seem like something illegal was done? That is, she died like Russ and Boyd or was shot. She died in a accident so I don’t think that should come to haunt Marty. Plus, wasn’t that Sam’s inheritance that Eugenia was just handling? The way he talked, and the way their relationship was, it seemed like she had full control of a lot of his life.

      1. I’m guessing Eugenia’s death may complicate things, but who knows? (Maybe they’ve been resolved; I’m only on episode 8.) Wait a second…Russ dies?! I knew I shouldn’t have started reading about this show online before I finished all 10 episodes! (You do put “spoilers” at the top, so I have no one to blame but myself.)

I have to say — maybe it’s just the trends in this kind of series storytelling these days, but as soon as Eugenia was walking out of the house during the argument, I KNEW that was it for her. And down by the road?! I could hear that truck coming a mile away.

She should have put the sign out by the lakeside.

But then it would have been a garbage boat that took her out.
