The title card for Chris Rock's Tamborine.

  1. I enjoyed it. A thinking mans comedy routine. I actually clapped on his routine on the value of a man being in his earnings.

  2. A racist, unfunny, unoriginal show. Netflix did waste their money on this one. Calling cops to kiss more white kids so he can see their mums crying on TV? I mean who the fuck thinks like that? Just imagine a white guy said that about black kids. He would be off TV and screen for good. Stopped watching after 10 minutes.

  3. It was tam-boring. Nothing new, nothing fresh. A few chuckles and that’s about it. You could tell the audience wasn’t into it as well.

  4. The beginning 1/2 felt a little weak to me. The long anit-white shtick was neither funny nor seemed to have much of a point (aside from its baseline racial shock value). The best material was his advice on marriage and his jokes about relationships. Also, he’s been using his anti-anti-bullying material for so long, I’m surprised he used it in this show. It wasn’t new, and there wasn’t even a new take on it. Kind of disappointing overall.
