After all, he takes from her in terms of being quieter than the rest, a bit nerdy, but recently there has been a shift. Formerly, Conrad was heavily into football, partly to impress his dad, but since he stopped playing football, he has been more solemn than usual. Which, considering how Conrad doesn’t like to be a burden, to the point of hiding he broke his arm in the past, so he wouldn’t take away from everyone’s vacation, him closing up is worrisome to Laurel and Susannah.
