Why Does Nobody Remember Me In This World: Season 1 Episode 7 – Review/ Recap (Short)

In what feels like a filler episode, Lord Alfreya does a whole lot of talking and we get some minor B-side battles.

The Gist

  1. The battle with Lord Alfreya doesn’t go as the battle with Vanessa did.
  2. There is a lot of posturing, and then Last Riser appears and it becomes more so a battle against them.
  3. But, with the trigger word of Sid, Last Riser dissolves Lord Alfreya and he isn’t able to fight back like Vanessa did.
  4. Thus leading to Last Riser morphing into some corrupted form of Lord Alfreya as the final boss for Kai to take on.
  5. This episode felt like filler in the worst way.
  6. The reason for this is because there was a lot of posturing, and while we did learn about the general weaknesses of angels being their wings, beyond that nothing of note happened.
