After burning Hannah’s body, post her killing about 3 or so people, it seems Megan has moved on and has regained normalcy. However, with a all too familiar fly buzzing about, you are left wondering if the demon switched from Hannah’s body to Megan. Especially considering Megan had a open wound which the demon could have slipped into. That is, assuming this film followed usual possession rules on how a demon can go from one body to another through cuts or open orifices.
