Eva’s mother, who brought her to Germany after undisclosed events left her a widow. But, luckily for her, her husband Alfred had an aunt who invited them to her home. Though, unluckily, she was dead in her tub when Alma and Eva arrived.
But, according to Alma, after taking care of the people who might have killed her aunt in law, and having the gun to prove it, they made do.

Eva’s daughter, and Lara and Vivi’s mother who has lived a bit of a wildlife. Between being arrested in her late teens, due to then-boyfriend Peter, to traveling across the world, usually under the guise of working for Greenpeace, Sonja has rarely slowed down long enough to take care of her girls. Hence Eva raising them.
However, in the present-day, after all the partying and so much more, she has decided to deal with her alcoholism and try to atone. Though, for Vivi, her atonement comes a bit late.
