But How Do Things Work When The Fun Is Over? – Verneashia, Tabari
Verneashia is still in a place where she recognizes Tabari is fun to be around but struggles with him regarding how they interact when not in each other’s presence. They are making baby steps, which is acknowledged, but they are also grown so why is he moving so slowly on what is getting in the way of both sides being happy is a serious question. The kind that could make what would start off as a long-distance relationship potentially not last.
But Long Distance Has Been Hard – Maurice, Shareese
Shareese knows about long-distance relationships not working well, which is her fear when it comes to Maurice. Like Tabari, he is improving his communication skills, but there is a worry that, when she isn’t physically accessible, how will the relationship work?
The Challenge Of Brushing Things Under The Rug – Zadia, Cameron, Ashlee, Donald
For Ashlee and Zadia, the uncertainty of their keeper is at an all-time high, but for different reasons. Zadia’s issue is Cameron has long made it clear that he can’t give Zadia the type of relationship she wants or deserves right now. So, while he wants to keep in contact with her and continue to get to know each other, it wouldn’t be as boyfriend and girlfriend.
His defense is that he is being upfront, leaving Zadia’s brain and heart torn on how to move. This is where Ashlee is at as well since Donald not defending her pushes her to want to drop him, but this is the end of the line, so she wants to give him a chance and try to move on.
Both go on a final date with their keeper, and while Ashlee may have found a way to move past Donald’s grievance, Zadia is still struggling to deal with Cameron’s lack of commitment or desire to not commit to something he can’t be all in about.

Highlights
Cameron Noting If You Want A Fantasy Or Realistic Expectations
Ten weeks is not enough for some people. We’ve said this repeatedly, and I don’t think anything has necessarily changed. But, what we like and respect about Cameron is that he never tried to push the idea he could fit into Zadia’s fantasy. He has consistently said his work is a priority and will do his best to make time for her.
Now, did she think that by showing him love and affection, she could be more important than his businesses? Maybe. But, I think she made the mistake many of us make in thinking that all we have to do is be more, do more, and someone will, in turn, see and treat us better. Even if they have made clear what their capacity currently is, as Cameron has done as nicely as he could.
Ashlee and Donald Recognizing All He Could Do Is Do Better
Sometimes, there isn’t a resolution after talking things out. You said this, did or didn’t do that, and at best, you can acknowledge there was a screw-up and move on. I think we got that out of Ashlee and Donald, and perhaps one of the few times it seemed like Ashlee could set aside the ideal for something she could work with.

This All Feels Like A Setup For Failure
Who signs up for a long-distance relationship? When has that ever been ideal, whether in the beginning or in a long-term relationship? So, imagine the pressure, as Tamica puts it, where someone is expected to move across multiple states or factor into their life traveling to see someone who, like them, is busy trying to gain or maintain stability.
I don’t know about you, but as much as I want to see these people happy, I feel like the distance is going to make all the relationships collapse. Without the cameras holding them accountable and now the obstacle of having multiple states between them, these communication issues will likely get worse to the point that the connection won’t be sustainable.
