One of Netflix’s most identifiable franchises has come to an end, and while some imperfections of past entries remain, fans will be satisfied by the conclusion.
While it’s two hour time length makes it lag in some parts, by the end of “The Kissing Booth 2,” you are left wondering when is the next one?
Remember, “The Kissing Booth?” The 2018 Netflix sensation? Yeah, two years later, and after Joey King massively blew up as an actress, it’s getting a sequel.
Assimilate isn’t the most complicated horror movie, but due to the leads it has, it puts you on edge as their lives are threatened.
On one hand, The Kissing Booth can be seen as a conversation on a young woman’s autonomy. On the other, it is a simple, sweet, and kind of cheesy romantic comedy.
The overall goal of Wherever I Look is to fill in that space between the average fan and critic and advise you on what’s worth experiencing.
