Season Overview

Luna is a witch, dubbed a black witch due to lacking association with the ruling class white witches, who lives a pretty isolated life. If she isn’t trading the medicine she makes for money to buy books, she stays in and around her home, in the forest, with her talking animals.

However, with a longing for human companionship, she finds herself tempted, having crushes, but despite the decades she has learned to resign herself to being alone, things have recently shifted as opportunities present themself.

Luna, a black witch who mostly lives in isolation, goes to town to trade medicine for pigous (the local currency) and to buy books. Throughout traveling through the town, she takes note of the locals, including a cute boy, and even talks to the bookstore owner, whom she has a small crush on.

While once under the impression romance was something to just read about or long for, a boy named Henri brings both a taste, or rather tease of love, while bringing a notable threat of the white witches too.
