I Thought You Were A Professional: Charlotte, Jules

With Jules not being able to get Elsa to sleep with him, she is kind of disappointed. He is attractive, she has given him a script, all the inside information he’d need but still nothing! Which is becoming a bit of an issue for Charlotte since she doesn’t have a job or money. Already Jules has ran her card and got declined and with Elsa seemingly not being willing to have sex with Jules quickly, this could get expensive.

No Means No: Jules, Charlotte, Elsa, Emilie

Elsa smiling towards Jules.

However, when it comes to Jules, what can he do? He is a professional and no means no with him. Which, no matter how cute the date, Elsa isn’t really for some quick woo’ing and then getting her clothes off. It has been two years and she needs to be warmed up a bit. Courted, romanced, and fall in love. The very thing Emilie fears happening because then Elsa will end up heartbroken twice. The first time because she learns Jules doesn’t have feeling for her and the second time because Charlotte paid for someone to be interested in Elsa.

Something that, you have to admit, is kind of insulting. Not only that, after two years of being single, kind of heartbreaking. Could you imagine your friend thinking you are so helpless they pay a hooker to woo and sleep with you? As if, unless paid, no guy would ever take that kind of interest or make the effort to deserve to sleep with you? Never mind learning what would make you happy or turn you on.

Other Noteworthy Facts & Moments

  • Antoine seemingly has a rather close relationship with his sister. One beyond her living upstairs for free but she can pee around him without any awkwardness.

Question(s) Left Unanswered

  1. How broke is Charlotte and why can’t she find a job?
  2. Did Elsa have trouble meeting people before her ex?
  3. Is Antoine having an affair with Manon? Well, considering he isn’t married to Emilie it would just be cheating, but you get what I mean.
