An Ends To A Means: Barry

With his son into dance, Barry, with his boy, steals and sells dogs. A rather lucrative business, especially with his son being the distraction and Barry easily being able to pick up the small dogs the local elderly have. Without a care for what they are doing.

A New Hustle: Malcolm, Rosa, Carl

Due to Carl finding an Alaskan Husky, and Malcolm taking it to return its owner, he accidentally finds himself becoming a dog walker. One which makes about 150 per week, per dog, and it becomes a lucrative operation. But, perhaps the best thing is that Malcolm attracts the attention of Rosa, the Jamaican lady who works at the supermarket. Numbers aren’t exchanged, but they have a nice conversation.

Why The Beef?: Harvey, Malcolm

When Harvey catches onto what Malcolm is doing, he decides to steal Malcolm’s clients. Mind you, Malcolm offers to split the area, but due to whatever has led to Harvey and Malcolm’s beef, he’d rather take it all. So, because of that, Malcolm sabotages him and may have caused him to lose his dog, Angie.

Question(s) Left Unanswered

  1. Is stealing pets really this lucrative and prevalent?

Highlights

Malcolm & Rosa Possibilities

While Malcolm might be recovering from dating Lulu briefly, there is hope that maybe something could happen between him and Rosa. And even if it isn’t something romantic, it would be nice for him to be with someone who could open him up to us.

Are The Episodic Dog Adventures Enough?

Which I say since I don’t know if just a bunch of random dog adventures is enough. Not to imply they aren’t still entertaining, but I have this growing need to know Malcolm and who he is outside of Bruno’s owner. Something that this show has given us in minuscule tidbits but not enough to say we know Malcolm.

While we do meet a potential love interest in Rosa, it isn’t clear if that may go anywhere. So we’re left with yet another weird and random adventure that makes you wonder if this being all It’s Bruno! offers is enough?
