The second half of season 2 of Star, seemingly is about cutting any and all fat so that season 3 can refocus on core characters.
Overview Similar to Empire, Star is very much rooted in Black music. However, there are no boardrooms, the stars of the show aren’t rich folk who are established. This show, primarily, seems about the struggle to achieve fame. Trigger Warning(s): Transphobia & Rape Attempt
While probably written with good intentions, the execution of A Girl Like Grace is a bit off.
The overall goal of Wherever I Look is to fill in that space between the average fan and critic and advise you on what’s worth experiencing.
