Natalie talking to Ben

  1. Does anyone think that the writers want us to see a connection between Adam Martin and Havi Martinez (the H is silent in Spanish). Every scene with Havi has Shauna comforting him and encouraging his art. Shauna also says that Adam is younger. Adam says he has one brother. And the tatoo on Adam’s back looks a lot like the postcard — mountain and symbols. Also, Natalie’s sponsor notes that family could get the bank account information.

Does anyone think that Jeff could be the blackmailer? He went out the night of the money drop, and he bought Shauna a new dress from Saks. He feels strapped for money. And Shauna did not receive the postcard and the blackmail note specifically said not to take to the other teammates because he blackmailer would know.

Finally, there were 16 females in the funeral burial scene. Now, there seems to be fewer at the plane crash at the lake. The night gown worn by the victim seems to be Laura Lee’s nightgown.

Natalie tells them she thinks they were all drugged in the trailer for the next episode. Travis wrote, “Tell Nat she was right.”

It’s quite possible that different people are responsible for the murder of Travis and the blackmail.

    1. That could be possible. Adam has lied to us thus far, so who knows what is or isn’t the truth. For example, in this episode, Adam says his older brother is a surgeon and his family is from the suburbs of Houston, but post-high school he came to the area and dated a girl who went to Pratt in New York. But, if you recall, Misty has had trouble finding other survivors who didn’t want to be found so, who is to say Javi didn’t change his identity and looks so different Shauna doesn’t recognize him? Never mind, who is to say Javi making that figurine for Shauna wasn’t him trying to show he liked her back in the wilderness?

Um, it could be Jeff but I feel that he really isn’t covering his tracks if he is the blackmailer. Though I’m starting to wonder like how many wanted Laura Lee to be involved with the blackmailing, they want Jeff to be since it would boost the character, or they just don’t think highly of him.

I added it to the review but, what about the girl whose career was ended because of Taissa? Maybe she is the blackmailer?

      1. I think the girl whose leg was broken was interviewed in the beginning of the pilot episode. There’s a forty-something women who says she is lucky that she wasn’t on the plane.
