As Luca takes a turn for the worse and the FBI approach Thony, she finds herself more reliant on Arman despite being uncomfortable with his line of work.
Due to her child, Luca, having an immunodeficiency disorder, his mother Thony leaves Maila, where she is a doctor, in hopes of her son getting a donor to save his life. However, the wait is long and her degree doesn’t transfer to America, so to make ends meet she cleans. Originally, it was with her sister-in-law, Fiona, after-parties or in offices. But after meeting Arman, and getting involved in his criminal business, now she uses her medical knowledge, help Arman dispose of the evidence of anything from his wife’s parties to the bodies he and his associates kill.
