Due to her child, Luca, having an immunodeficiency disorder, his mother Thony leaves Maila, where she is a doctor, in hopes of her son getting a donor to save his life. However, the wait is long and her degree doesn’t transfer to America, so to make ends meet she cleans. Originally, it was with her sister-in-law, Fiona, after-parties or in offices. But after meeting Arman, and getting involved in his criminal business, now she uses her medical knowledge, help Arman dispose of the evidence of anything from his wife’s parties to the bodies he and his associates kill.

With Arman unable to help Thony, she gets desperate, and like when anyone gets desperate, it opens her up to making grave mistakes.
While Thony reaches a major milestone, Hayak starts to ask all the right questions about what Arman is doing at the wrong time.
Time is running out for Luca’s transplant, so Thony finds herself heavily reliant on Arman to come through in the clutch, making neither Nadia nor Marco happy.
Thony is pushed to see how far she is willing to go to secure Luca’s future, as Arman sees Thony’s interactions with Garrett as a lucrative opportunity.
As Garret shows us why he has the reputation he does, Arman is reminded of his place within Hayak’s empire.
Desperate to maintain some sense of hope, Fiona and Thony track down the man who was supposed to be Luca’s donor as Arman deals with the feds encroaching.
As Garrett gets aggressive with securing Thony as a CI, Armon gives her more and more reasons to commit to being a snitch.
