World Overview
Carrie is set in 2026 where high school kids are desensitized, each one has a cell phone, and for girls like Carrie, living almost like the Amish most of your life makes you a target. But, eventually all people bullied and pushed to feel like an outcast get to the point of fighting back. It’s just with Carrie, she doesn’t need a closed fist or trigger to get vengeance.
As the story of Carrie expands, it introduces locations, systems, groups, and concepts that influence both the narrative and the characters’ decisions. Below is an overview of the world-building elements that shape the series.
