Higehiro: Season 1/ Episode 13 [Finale] – Recap/ Review (with Spoilers)

In the season finale, it’s time to get a little teary-eyed as Sayu and Yoshida are to separate – for now.

The table is set for an epic showdown as Sayu’s mom is confronted about Sayu leaving – will it end in resolution or Sayu’s mom holding her ground?

On her way home with her brother and Yoshida, Sayu decides to face the place where her life changed irrevocably before facing her mom.

All good times have to come to an end, and it seems Sayu’s time away from home is over.

A ghost from Sayu’s past arrives, pushing the idea that her time with Yoshida may soon end.

Gotou makes a startling confession, and with Sayu making a friend, there is increased scrutiny on Sayu and Yoshida’s relationship.

Sayu runs away as her insecurities overwhelm her, and Mishima sees if she and Yoshida could become something more.

With Gotou, amongst others, noticing a change in Yoshida, so comes the question of what will happen if anyone discovers Soya?
