River is forced to work for two cops who are trying to take down a local dealer/ distributor named Silas. They use her daughter, Jade, to force her to do this, with minimal care for her safety.
"All Souls" thankfully doesn't lean too heavily on Jade, nor make River too out of place as a confidential informant by making her path to Silas believable.
Those who love stories of revenge and female underdogs, especially mothers, protecting their children despite the power dynamics of the situations they find themselves in.
