A virtual nobody when introduced, the audio/visual sales clerk for a mom and pop shop becomes our lead character. One who, after the violent death of his girlfriend Robin, joins forces with Billy Butcher to get revenge on the killer – superstar A-Train.

A member of The Seven, Vought’s top heroes in their US territory, his superpower is speed. Speed which, when he runs into Robin, somehow makes most of her body explode on impact.

Billy Butcher (Karl Urban)

Billy is someone who masquerades as a cop or federal official who desires some form of oversight over the 200 plus known heroes. However, he doesn’t really make any headway until running into Hughie, who he exploits, in an effort to get a bug within the meeting room of The Seven. Problem is, Translucent catches Hughie and forces Billy to save the kid. Who, in return, helps Billy kill Translucent.

- Formerly had close ties with the federal government, seemingly in monitoring and handling Supers before he took things too far.

Madelyn Stillwell (Elisabeth Shue)

From appearances, if Madelyn isn’t the owner or majority shareholder of Vought, she is the non-super hero face who represents those in power. Not just during presentations but also behind the scenes when it comes to hashing out deals. Now, whether her power extends further? Well, that remains to be seen.

Annie aka Starlight (Erin Moriarty)

A simple girl from Idaho, who has longed to become one of the Seven, even had a crush on The Deep, she gets her wish as an adult. For when the Lamplighter retires, she gets his spot. However, upon being alone with The Deep, she realizes the heroes she grew up with aren’t the same behind closed doors. And with her mother, Donna, not much in the way of support, she finds herself in an awful #MeToo situation.
But, with making the acquaintance of Hughie, it seems she may have one decent friend in New York.

Kevin aka The Deep (Chace Crawford)

An Aquaman inspired character who is one of Vought’s “The Seven.” He also is Annie’s escort when she comes on board and takes advantage of her being new and coerces her to give him fellatio.

Translucent (Alex Hassell)

One of Vought International’s “The Seven,” his powers are having a diamond-like exteriors, self-proclaimed ability to read people, and the ability to turn invisible at will.

- Has to be naked to truly be naked.
- Can’t be suffocated and even the amount of electricity which could kill a water buffalo couldn’t kill him.
- Has a 10-year-old son whose name is, per Annie, either Hunter or Maverick.
Anika (Ana Sani)

Anika is one of the few, if not only, named members of Crime Analytics. Her job is to do all the investigative work for the heroes, as well as keep track of their positions.

One of Vought’s agents, likely not one of their more publicly seen heroes, who assists Madelyn when she needs to give people a little nudge. Likely by using Doppelganger’s ability to transform their battle to look like anyone, thus allowing them to blackmail people.

Ashley is one of the main handlers/ PR representatives for The Seven. We primarily see her work with A-Train and Starlight, but she could possibly work for the entire Seven.

The good senator from Oklahoma who finds himself blackmailed by Madelyn as she pursues taking her heroes from working at a local, if not state level, to the national level. Which she needs Senator Calhoun’s help with since heads the committee that is keeping the bill from heading to the Senate floor.

Homelander (Anthony Starr)
First Noted In: Season 1, Episode 2 “Cherry”
Vought International’s top earner, at 12.3 billion, and the public face of the company. Homelander has given his life over to Vought, which includes given up any sense of having a private life. Which is why, as a threat comes to the company, he finds himself handling things personally – and asking for a bigger role besides playing a superhero.

- According to Billy’s contact, Homelander might be one of the few without an exploitable vice.
- One of the reasons he is attracted to Queen Maeve is she is the only one who doesn’t lie to him.
- While he has X-Ray vision, he can’t see through zinc.
Frenchie (Tomer Capon)

Frenchie is a bit of a jack of all trades. He is a chemist, knows how to make specialized bullets, is versed in making explosive materials, and is someone who has killed Supers before. Hence why he is one of Billy’s associates.

- Likes to take LSD & MDMA to deal with his anxiety.
- Is a gunrunner by trade.
- His father is/was bipolar and tried to kill him when he was 10.
- Often doesn’t follow the original plan, and that is what led to the Mallory incident. Specifically, Frenchie didn’t follow Lamplighter like he was supposed to, and that led to Mallory’s grandkids being set on fire.
- Is from Marseille and was kidnapped, multiple times, by his father from his mother.
Popclaw (Brittany Allen)
First Noted In: Season 1, Episode 3 “Get Some”
A-Train’s girlfriend who, unlike him, isn’t one of the top supers. In fact, while she has starred in a few things, she currently is struggling to pay her rent. Which gives Billy and his team an open when she gets high on Compound V and kills someone.

Queen Maeve (Dominique McElligott)

The real #2 on Vought’s “The Seven,” though her numbers are dropping. Probably because Maeve is more so about being a hero than a Vought rep but with bills to pay and being only one of two women really making it as a super, she does what she has to.

Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso)

One of the members of Billy’s network from back in the day, Mother’s Milk hasn’t really shown what his expertise is yet. However, he has shown himself reliable and a bit more aware of what’s going on than Billy and Frenchie.

- Is in a relationship with a woman named Monique who doesn’t care for Billy what so ever. She even spits when she hears the name.
The Female (Karen Fukuhara)

A super who, for reasons not revealed when we meet her, was caged in the same facility where A-Train got his Compound V. Also, per Frenchie, he thinks she is a victim of human trafficking.

General Information
- All of Vought’s supers have tracking chips in them.
- Vought has control over not just the professional lives of its heroes, but their personal life as well. This is shown through A-Train and Popclaw needing Madelyn’s permission to date out in the open.
- Compound V is like a steroid for heroes, but one of the side effects is that most cannot control their powers as they would if they were sober.

Vought is the representative of over 200 superheroes ranging from “The Seven” to heroes they send out to various cities across the country. Also, Vought, is a Disney-esque company that creates movies, merchandise, owns theme parks, and so much more. Lastly, Vought is a major advocate for superheroes, and on top of representing them in deals, and doing their PR, they also act as their legal team and lobbyist arm.
